4. Take a picture or scan your completed card and email it to info@cherrywoodpark3.org
5. Goodie bags will be delivered each week - be sure to write YOUR address on the card.

Welcome to the Cherrywood park III (CWP3) website. Our vision for CWP3 is greater transparency between the HOA Board and homeowners, and a greater focus on inclusion.
You’ll find information about CWP3, location, current HOA Board. You can also submit Design Review forms to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), together with useful information to help achieve your plans.
We hope that the actions and topics found on this user-friendly site provides a greater sense of belonging and unity in our CWP3 community.
About Cherrywood Park 3
Cherrywood Park III (CWP3) is located in the City of Thornton, Adams County, Colorado. There are just over 1,000 homes in Cherrywood Park; 488 homes are located within the CWP3 community. CWP3 homes were built by Richmond American and Ryland Homes.
The Cherrywood Park Community - Cherrywood Park I, Filing No. 1 was established in 2001, and Cherrywood Park III, final Filing No. 6, was completed in 2005.
The boundaries for CWP3 are York Street on the west, 140th Avenue on the North and 136th Avenue on the South, and St. Paul Street to the east.
